Deliciously flavored and gourmet with its sauce reminiscent of gravlax salmon, here is a quick and easy recipe with honey and soy.
Ingredients for 4 persons :
- 500 g fresh salmon fillet
- 2 shallots
- 1 nice lemon
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- A few sprigs of dill, parsley and cilantro
- A few pink berries
- Salt
Recipe for marinated salmon in honey and soy, the quick "gravlax"
Start by removing any bones from the salmon if there are any left.
Cut the salmon into thin slices and place them in a dish.
Preparation of the marinade:
Place the 3 tablespoons of honey at the bottom of a bowl
Add the lemon juice and then mix to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Add olive oil, soy sauce and mix everything together.
Chop the shallots very finely
Chop the herbs (dill, parsley and coriander) then add them to the marinade.
Crush the pink berries with your fingers then add them to the preparation
Mix everything then pour the marinade over the salmon.
Chill for about 30 minutes then serve.
